How Swift Freight Dispatch LLC collects, uses, and protects the information you provide through this website.
Last updated: September 1, 2026
01Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Swift Freight Dispatch LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information collected through this website. It applies to this website and to the enquiries submitted through it.
We are a truck dispatch and operational-support company. We work on behalf of trucking businesses to coordinate freight and handle the communication around it, and we help carriers reach and onboard with third-party factoring providers. We are not a freight broker, a motor carrier, a factoring company, or an insurance agency — factoring itself is provided by independent companies under their own agreement with you.
By using this website you acknowledge that you have read this policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the website or submit information through it.
02Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information.
Information you give us
When you submit the contact form on this website, we collect the details you enter:
- Your company name, if you choose to provide one
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- Your equipment type, if you choose to select one
- What you would like help with
- Any message you choose to write
- Whether you ticked the optional box consenting to receive text messages from Swift Freight Dispatch LLC (SMS customer-care consent)
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we also record technical details associated with the submission: the page you submitted from, your browser’s user-agent string, the date and time, and any campaign parameters (such as UTM tags) present in the URL.
Where an audit salt is configured, we also derive an identifier from your IP address using a one-way hash. We use it to limit abuse of the form and to evidence when a consent was recorded. We do not store the IP address itself alongside your enquiry.
Analytics
If analytics is enabled on this website, it is provided by Google Analytics and collects usage information such as pages viewed and general location. See Third-Party Services below.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for and do not want payment card numbers, bank details, Social Security numbers, or driver licence images through this website. Please do not include that kind of information in the message field. If we later need operating documents to work with you, we will arrange a suitable way to receive them — not through this form.
03How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it
- Provide dispatch and operational support, including coordinating freight and handling the communication around it
- Provide factoring support, including introducing you to third-party factoring providers and helping with their documentation and onboarding, where you have asked us to
- Keep a record of enquiries we have received
- Record and evidence any communications consent you have given
- Protect this website against spam, abuse and automated submissions
- Understand how the website is used, so we can improve it
- Comply with our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
04Communications
When you submit the contact form, you are asking us to get in touch about that specific enquiry. We may reply by email or phone using the contact details you provided, solely to respond to that enquiry.
Submitting the form alone does not enroll you in our SMS / customer-care texting program and does not create SMS consent. That program is available only if you separately tick the optional SMS checkbox described in the next section. You can submit an enquiry without agreeing to receive customer-care text messages, and we will still respond to your enquiry.
05SMS and Mobile Information
Our contact form includes a separate, optional SMS checkbox. It is unchecked by default, and checking it is never required to submit an enquiry. Checking the checkbox means you agree to receive text messages from Swift Freight Dispatch LLC for customer-care and operational dispatch communications. Submitting the general enquiry form alone does not create SMS consent.
The exact wording shown next to the checkbox is:
“By checking this box and submitting this form, I agree to receive SMS messages from SWIFT FREIGHT DISPATCH LLC regarding dispatch updates, pickup and delivery information, load updates, ETA requests, factoring support, factoring-related updates, notifications, and other customer-care communications at the phone number I provided. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. If you previously opted out, reply START to re-subscribe. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for more information.”
If you check it, we record that you did, the exact version of the wording you were shown, and the date and time. If you do not check it, we record that no such consent was given.
What customer-care messages may include
When you opt in, messages from Swift Freight Dispatch LLC may include operational and customer-care communications such as:
- Dispatch updates
- Load information
- Pickup information
- Delivery information
- ETA requests
- Appointment-related communications
- Driver follow-ups
- Operational notifications
This SMS program is for customer-care and operational communication related to our freight dispatch services. It is not a mass-marketing or advertising program.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency depends on active dispatch activity. Customers who opt in may receive up to 200 text messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out, assistance, and re-subscribing
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Customers who have opted out may reply START to re-subscribe. You may also contact SWIFT FREIGHT DISPATCH LLC at support@swiftfreightdispatchingllc.com or (470) 227-9301.
Sharing of mobile information
SWIFT FREIGHT DISPATCH LLC does not share, sell, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will only be used as necessary to provide our services and support communications requested by the customer.
06Information Sharing
We may share information in the following circumstances:
- Coordinating freight on your behalf. This is the core of what we do. If you engage us, we will pass the details needed to arrange and complete a load — which can include your company name, equipment, driver contact details, and operating documents — to the brokers, shippers, receivers and facilities involved in that load. We share what the job requires and no more.
- Factoring providers, at your request. If you ask us for factoring support, we will share the details a factoring company needs to consider and onboard you — which can include your company details, operating authority, and load or invoice documents. We do this only for providers you have asked to be introduced to. Once your information reaches a factoring company it is handled under that company’s own privacy policy and agreement with you, not this one.
- Service providers. Companies that host this website, store our data, or deliver email and messages on our behalf. They may only use the information to provide those services to us.
- Legal reasons. Where we are required to by law, or to respond to valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will take reasonable steps to protect the information.
07Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information submitted through this website. Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in access-controlled systems.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us. Please do not send sensitive personal or financial information through this website.
08Data Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to them, to maintain a record of our business dealings, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Where you have given communications consent, we keep the record of that consent — including the wording shown and the time it was given — for as long as we rely on it, and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can evidence it if asked.
You may ask us to delete the information we hold about you. See Your Choices below.
09Your Choices
You can:
- Choose not to submit the contact form
- Leave the optional SMS consent box unchecked and still submit an enquiry
- Reply STOP to any text message to opt out
- Reply START to re-subscribe after previously opting out
- Reply HELP for assistance with text messages
- Ask us to correct information you believe is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete the information we hold about you

To make any of these requests, contact us using the channels in the Contact section below. We will respond within a reasonable time. Some information may need to be retained where we have a legal obligation to keep it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state or national privacy law. We will honour rights that apply to you under the law governing your situation. If you would like to know whether a particular right applies to you, please ask us.
10Children's Privacy
This website is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
11Third-Party Services
This website relies on the following categories of third-party service:
- Hosting and infrastructure — to serve this website and store enquiries.
- Email delivery — to notify our team when an enquiry is submitted.
- Bot protection — a challenge widget that helps us tell real visitors from automated ones.
- Analytics — where enabled, to understand how the website is used.
These providers handle information under their own privacy policies. This website may also link to other websites we do not control; this policy does not apply to them.
12Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle communications consent will also be reflected in a new version of the consent wording shown on our form. Please check back periodically.
