These terms cover the website itself. Any dispatch or operational-support services we provide are governed by the separate agreement or written arrangement covering that work.

Swift Freight Dispatch LLC provides truck dispatch and operational support to trucking businesses. We coordinate freight and handle the communication around it on behalf of the carrier who engages us. We also provide factoring support, described below.

We are not a freight broker, a motor carrier, a factoring company, or an insurance agency, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer of those services. We do not own or operate trucks, and we do not take on the legal responsibilities of a carrier or a broker for any shipment.

What “factoring support” means

We do not provide factoring. We do not purchase invoices, advance funds, set advance rates or fees, or make credit decisions. Factoring is provided by independent third-party factoring companies under their own separate agreement with you.

Our role is limited to support: helping you understand the options available, introducing you to factoring providers, and assisting with the documentation and onboarding those providers ask for. Whether you are approved, on what terms, and how quickly you are paid are decisions made by the factoring company, not by us, and we do not guarantee any of them. Read any factoring agreement in full before you sign it.

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:

• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Submit another person’s contact details without their permission
• Use automated tools to access, scrape or submit forms on this website
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems
• Interfere with the operation of the website or overload it with requests
• Use the website to distribute spam, malware or unlawful content

We may restrict or refuse access to anyone who breaches these terms, without notice.

The service descriptions on this website are general summaries provided for information. They are not an offer, a quote, or a commitment to provide any particular service.

What we can actually support for you depends on your equipment, your operating authority, and how you run. Scope, pricing and terms are confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

We do not guarantee load availability, rates, revenue, or any particular outcome. Freight markets change, and decisions about which loads to accept remain yours. We likewise do not guarantee factoring approval, advance rates, fees, or payment timing — those rest with the factoring company you choose.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, you are asking us to contact you about that enquiry. We may respond by email or phone using the details you provided, solely for that purpose.

Submitting the form alone does not enroll you in our SMS / customer-care texting program. SMS messaging requires the separate optional opt-in described in SMS Messaging Terms below. You can submit an enquiry without agreeing to receive customer-care text messages.

By opting in, customers may receive dispatch and customer-care text messages from SWIFT FREIGHT DISPATCH LLC, including load options, pickup and delivery updates, ETA requests, appointment confirmations, documentation requests, factoring support and factoring-related updates, and other operational communications. Message frequency depends on active dispatch activity, with up to 200 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Customers who have opted out may reply START to re-subscribe.

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, or delivered at a particular time, as delivery depends on networks and devices outside our control.
